New reaction of Charge 4

Had the Charge 4 for a little over a year.

In order to see the time of day, date, etc. I had to push the button on the left of the Fitbit face.

A few weeks ago, the time of day, date, etc. now randomly lights up without me touching the button.  It happens day and night and does not seem to be related to any movements that I make.

What's up with this?

I don't know what's up, but have you tried to restart it? I always suggest this as a starting point to see if we can smooth out any bugs.

Not sure how to restart a Charge 4 but won't I lose all my data if I restart it?
