No BPM on my Charge 2

My Charge 2 was not showing the BPM.  I  made sure on both my app and the dashboard that it was in "auto" mode.  I called and was told to sync my charge.  Then attach my device to the charger, and push in the button until the "diamond" sign was visible.  I then put the watch on and I was good to go.  Wish that was included in the help section.

Hey @GCrams, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Thanks for sharing these tips with us. As @SunsetRunner said, you can find the restart tip on this help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device?

Sounds great that your Charge 2 is working fine now.
