No Charge 4 data on skin temperature graph

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I installed the SPo2 / Skin Temperature feature in my Charge 4 last Monday.

I see both the SPo2 and the Skin Temperature graphs.  I can see data on the SPo2 graph.  I see no data on the Skin temperature graph after three days.

Is anyone else having the same issue. Does anyone know why.  Is there an issue at Fitbit.

For me it shows temperature delta now since past night, for my wife's Charge 4 it started to show temperature delta data since yesterday. So it seems Fitbit has started something on the back end and the first ones are getting data in.

Mine is still not showing any temp data! But reading other posts it may just take some time to role out?

After 12 nights my Skin temperature graph is now working but it is in F and we use C in the UK. My units setting is at C already. How do I change the Skin Temperature graph?

I still don’t have data after 10 days, but the note to update is now gone, so maybe that’s a good sign!

I am curious if the premium service is necessary for the skin temperature or SPO2 data to appear on the app .

Do you need to have a premium subscription for the skin temperature to show on the graph? My fitbit says it's up to date. So not sure what's wrong.

I have information on my graph for the last 2 nights however:

a) it’s showing temperature in Fahrenheit when I have my units set to Centrigrade

b) apparently the first two nights of data show my skin temp to have been -0.1F which I’m fairly certain it has not, since I’ve been tucked up cosy in bed and not out sleeping in the parking lot....

Hi everyone. It's great to see you around the Community Forums.

Thanks to all of you for keeping me posted about this situation. As I mentioned before, our team is aware of the skin temperature not showing in the Health Metrics tile and they're currently working to get this resolved to all our affected users. Once I have more details from them, I'll update this thread.

I'm glad some of you're able to see this data and let me explain that while your Charge 4 will track your skin temperature, the Fitbit app will show the variation based on your personal baseline instead of an actual temperature. This is why this graph will show +/- values or even 0 if your skin temperature didn't vary from the baseline. To know more about this feature, see this help article.

@Hoppy59 and @CraftyToots You can change the units of measurement by following the steps described here.

Have a good day.

Thanks for the update and advice! My settings already show Celsius. I have
tried changing them to Fahrenheit and back to Celsius to give it a bump,
but to no effect.

Also, my understanding was that the first 30 days of information was used
to create the baseline, and that makes sense. But I can’t see what the
baseline is sitting at now, for any variation to be calculated on. How
would I access that information?

Thanks for your help!
