I installed the SPo2 / Skin Temperature feature in my Charge 4 last Monday.
I see both the SPo2 and the Skin Temperature graphs. I can see data on the SPo2 graph. I see no data on the Skin temperature graph after three days.
Is anyone else having the same issue. Does anyone know why. Is there an issue at Fitbit.

Hi
Updated the firmware yesterday, when I got the notification about updating it. Wore my watch to bed as I always do. Spo2 is working just fine, but nothing recorded for skin temperature? Is there something else I need to enable (like downloadinng the clock face for spo2)?
Thanks
Becky

Hi
I have done all of the 4 things you listed but health metrics still isn't showing skin temp (graph there since firmware update but no data despite never taking fitbit off) & SaO2 (space there but nothing else - message has changed from get clock face to make sure device up to date though).
Any ideas?

Have premium. Uninstalled and reinstalled app after firmware update also

I'm not able to see the skin temperature graph. I have premium, I've restarted my Charge 4 twice, uninstalled and reinstalled the iOS app and rebooted my phone. I am running the most recent firmware and have for a while now. I also have the most recent app. I see the "update your fitbit to the latest firmware and wear it to sleep" message on the skin temp graph.

I think it's safe to say that, at present, no one's skin temp graph is showing any data. This isn't a matter of isolated cases of errors. This is a systemwide fault on Fitbit's end (which should have remedied yesterday).

Hi,
Updated a week ago. Still no skin temperature data showing! The App just telling me to to update with the latest firmware. Checked out and it is telling me that I already have the latest update installed? Any other suggestions?

Yes this effects me too.
Even after 5 sleeps there is no data.
Guess Fitbit have some work to do.

Mine too. Looking for solutions

The graph shows up but I don't have the temperature tile available to pick from. Any clues?

Same for me. You do need more than 3 nights of sleep for it to work but even after that it still tells me to "upgrade my firmware" to see it. I have the latest firmware already!

I confirm Temperature is not shown.

Did all these steps on my own 5 days ago. Still nothing for temp

I think there is an overall error

Hi, updated my Charge 4 last week, everything works fine "Health Metrics" , BR, HRV, Sp02, RHR. Skin temperature, no data ? Did all what was recommended to me over the FB site...🤔

If you read the other posts on this matter you will see it's their problem and they are working on it.

I've tried all the steps outlined in your post and still do not see any temperature info on the Health Metrics tile. I do not have a premium Fitbit account, so not sure if that has anything to do with it. I have firmware version 48.20001.100.34 on the Charge 4 device and version 3.40.1 (2024559) of the Fitbit app running on my Android version 11 phone. Purchased the device in Aug of 2020, if that helps 😉

Hi @fbrownnc
No one from the Community has reported yet that the option works for him or her. It looks like there is a problem on the Fitbit side. In that case, there's not much point in changing your settings or trying things out. I assume they are working on it and we will see or hear something about it in due time.
Normally, Fitbit isn't very forthcoming with information about problems. Think of the wait as a character exercise. 🙄

Thank you, did not read the other posts, this is the first time in a very long time to be on the community site.

Unfortunately, I believe that the issue with the Skin Temperature graph, not populating any data is a Fitbit issue that Fitbit is working on it. Alot of users in the community are experiencing this issue.
