No Charge 4 data on skin temperature graph

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I installed the SPo2 / Skin Temperature feature in my Charge 4 last Monday.

I see both the SPo2 and the Skin Temperature graphs.  I can see data on the SPo2 graph.  I see no data on the Skin temperature graph after three days.

Is anyone else having the same issue. Does anyone know why.  Is there an issue at Fitbit.

That's great though the app did a good job of explaining it was variance its showed rather actual temp.

What about the Sao2? That's still not showing anything.

And I'm confused after the change in messages its said (about watch face) - where will Sao2 show when it works? On heath metrics? Or on the device? (and if device do you need to add something to see it?)

Thanks.  I went into units and selected C.  I had to sync the app and that changed it.

My post was moved to a section that doesn't apply. I said I had now got the skin temperature but it was in the wrong units. You also didn't read it properly when I said that my units were correct but I was unable to change the skin temperature graph units only

I have a Charge 4 and Health Metrics are only partially syncing:

-Breathing rate tracked for 1 night out of 4

-Heart Rate Variability tracked for 1 night out of 4

-Skin Temp tracked for 0 nights out of 4

-Oxygen Saturation tracked for 2 nights out of 4

-Resting Heart Rate tracked for 4 nights out of 4

I'm in the US, so Health Metrics are available

It's being worn above the wrist bone as instructed

I've manually sync'd it under My Profile in the app

I've disconnected it from bluetooth then reconnected it

Guidance on next steps?

I had problems keeping C showing.  It kept showing F on the graph.  I uninstalled the Fitbit app then I installed it, then I synced the app and that worked.

Mine worked after 3 days but then I had battery drain problem. Fitbit immediately sent another one (refurbished) and it looks like it may take another 3 days for the skin temperature to work.

Is the skin temperature feature only a premium option? I've got three+ nights of sleep data but mine shows no data recorded at all for skin temp. The app is up to date. I've rebooted the phone (iOS) and the charge 4 with no changes.

Hi,

Not sure but don't think so. Mine took over a week to register skin temp
variations. I have a premium account though.
