A few days ago my charge 2 started giving me these crazy dashes scrolling up and down instead of the normal data. I synced with the app and it quit for a while before starting again. This happened a couple of times. Now the screen is completely black but it seems to still be working because it's collecting data and syncing with the app. I tried connecting to my charger and resetting by holding the button down. I get a quick vibration but the screen is still blank.

My screen also went blank a couple of days ago, although it continues to record and sync. I would like to know if there is a way to fix this. 6/2 update - And now, a few days later, it holds a charge for only about 6 hours. I would like to get a response to see if there is a warranty on that. Tried the chat and it wasn't responding

They responded but weren't helpful, just asked if it was tracking data and that I should try resetting it. Which is what I had already said. *sigh*. I told them again that it was and I'd already tried resetting, I'll let you know what they say from there.

Now it's completely dead. Nothing can be seen on the screen and the green lights are off. Can someone please help us with this issue? It's been a couple of days and the only response I got was for someone else.
I've tried resetting it again as was recommended but now I get no response.
