My Charge 3 connects with my Android phone for running. Use it 2-3 times a week. No problems. Until 3 weeks ago it worked fine for biking. Now it won't connect anymore to GPS when biking is selected. How do I solve this problem? Already reinstalled the fitbit app on my phone.
Thanks
Tremalzo

Thanks for the update @tremalzo.
On this case, please perform a long restart to your Charge 3:
In addition, please try to log out from the Fitbit app, reboot your cellphone and log back in.
Whether none of this works, please make sure that your cellphone is part of the list of compatible devices. If it is not listed, you might be able to sync and receive notifications but we won't be able to guarantee that everything will work as intended.
Please let us know if you have any question.

Hi EdsonFitbit,
Thanks. But it didn’t solve my problem. Only made it worse as I lost GPS connection for running too. Used it this morning for a 2 hour run. it worked fine then. Then I did the suggested fix and lost the GPS connection. Please advise what to do.
thanks,
Tremalzo
