No battery icon when charging

My Charge 2 suddenly won't display the battery icon or vibrate when I connect it to the charger. The battery life is full on the app, so I know it's actually charging, but the icon & vibration was helpful to let me know it was properly connected. Any idea what could be the problem?

I will assist with your Charge 2 not showing the battery icon or vibrating when charging. Try restarting your device to see if this helps resolve the issue.
