No bleutooth signal from my charge2

Hello,

 

please help.

since 1october my charge2 doesn’t sync anymore with my phone.

now i found out that my phone cannot see/find the bleutooth signal of the charge2!

and my bleutooth on my phone is on. I can pair other devices with my phone!

i forced a restart of the band. But that doesn’t do anything thing with the signal.

still no bleutooth.

is there a fix to start bleutooth again. Or is just my charge2 broken?

ever since i upgraded software my charge two wont sync wont connet to bluetooth - rip off !
