Hi
my charge 3 has been on blank screen mode for over a week, but was still working. Yesterday it started constantly vibrating and won’t sync and is still doing this this morning.
note, I’ve already had to get two of these replaced at John Lewis because they just stopped working.
ive also tried holding the button down for 15 secs whilst on charge, removing charger and replugging it in.
why is this device so unreliable?

I'm also trying to find out why a previous problem was never resolved. At that time, other people with the same problem were posting that their Charge 3 was being replaced. They told me my problem was resolved, but it wasn't. Now they have offered me a 25% off discount because I am no longer under warranty. When I asked how my case was resolved last year, their response was that time was running out on my 25% off discount and they no longer have email support.
