The green lights on the back of my charge 2 are flashing but the screen is completely black. It syncs but I can’t use it as a watch or check data on it. I have to refer to my phone after syncing. Not much use like this!

@Joscott2828 if it's not responding after several restarts, then it's possible that your Charge 2 needs to be replaced. Unless it's under warranty, it's probably time to consider getting another Fitbit.

Have you tried restarting the device? It worked before when you had this problem. Let us know.

The main thing is to make sure it is charging (if it isn't it won't restart) so make sure everything is properly lined up and try to feel the vibration for charging, even if the display doesn't show. Even if you don't feel the vibration, if you are sure everything is properly lined up in the charger try it anyway.
