I have tried numerous times to do a hard restart of my Charge 3 but I see no display at any time. It syncs to my phone no problem, but there is never a display. The green light flashes on the back when I lift it, but still no display.
Fit bit has black screen. Hard reset doesn’t work. Removed app and reinstalled. That didn’t work either. Fitbit is counting steps etc I can see this on the app. The screen is just black.
