No display, green light blinking, no vibration on Charge 2

Hello, I was using my Fitbit just fine but today after I charged it, the display had the setup link and when I tried to connect it to my iphone again, the display turned off but there is still green light blinking rabidly 

I tried connecting it to the charger so I can reset it but it doesn’t vibrate 

i cant reset it or turn on the display

please help

@Somayahq Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your unresponsive Charge 2 and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. This is odd. I suggest you clear the connection between your phone and your Charge 2 by doing the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and try to restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
