No display, no syncing, no charging

<span;>Hi there,
<span;>My Charger4 doesn't show any display.
<span;>When I  press the button a humming sounds/vibrating starts.
<span;>While I plugged it in to charge,
<span;>I pressed the button for reset and held it for 10sec, but again only the humming sound/vibrating, no display of the smily face. I retried, waited 15 min and tried it again.  No change. There is no syncing or charging either.
<span;>Please advise..

I have exactly the same problem, and spent a lot of Saturday and Sunday with Fitbit Support trying to resolve without success.  When I restart (reset) I get the vibrating and smiley face,  but nothing thereafter.  I am also unable to sync with my smartphone app.  Very frustrating as I depend on my Charge 4 for my workouts.  Now FitBit tells me that they cannot help as my unit is 24 days out of warranty.  I have asked them to reconsider and waiting to hear.  Good luck, Fitinsing, on your issue.  Please let me know what develops.

Will let you know, but how did you get Fitbit response to your problem?

I started off by messaging @FitbitSupport on twitter, they were extremely
responsive. They will give you troubleshooting instructions.
When they exhausted their options, they referred me to their management who
emailed me on the following email. Hope this helps you.

<span;>Just to give you an update.
<span;>It seems, it fixed itself.
<span;>Overnight the battery drained to 0%. I decided to give it another try this morning.I connected my charger4 to the battery charger and now it is charging and syncing to my phone.
<span;>Everything works perfectly.
<span;>I will keep the Twitter account in mind, when I am confronted with some problems again.

Well done, and good luck, and may you have many more years of use from the
Charge 4. Mine is now syncing to my smartphone, but absolutely no display
on the Charge 4 screen itself. Most frustrating.
