The display on my charge 3 is blank all the time. The only time it works is briefly when it is charging. I have tried changing the clock face And the option of resetting. I have also tried pressing and holding the button while charging this does not help. Any other ideas? Also how do you send a message to fitbit about this. I am finding it hard to find an email address or any easy contact details?

Thanks for the sympathy, but not very helpful. Mine works most of the time, but occasionally goes blank for part of the day. HELP!

My apologies, the link you provided, which for some reason I did not notice before, was very helpful. From the Customer Service Options you can get a button that allows you to chat online or to call their service department. Here is the link again. Here is a link to all the Customer Support options Also, what finally worked for me was to press and hold, for a good amount of time, the button on the side of my watch. Hope this helps someone else.
