Ice had an issue for the last couple of weeks with the display on my charge 3. It was difficult to see as it was as though there was lines of information missing. I tried changing the clock face, rebooting the watch and updating the fitbit app all with no luck.
Then today I now have nothing coming up on the face/display. It's still functioning as it vibrates when I press the button and vibrates when I try to reboot it. As per some other threads I tried again rebooting 4 times tried to change the clock face again but nothing it working there is just nothing appearing on the display. I'm not sure how long I have had the watch but so this its more than a year old.

I sent a response to the emailed received from fitbit but haven't had any update yet? Do you know if there is any further updates yet?
