After quite a few months of not using my Charge 2, I’m back to using it daily. I’ve updated the iOS app, but apparently my tracker’s firmware is MANY versions behind. When I go to my app, there are no firmware updates available. Is there no way to simply get the most recent version of the firmware? What would happen if I do a factory reset?

Hi man,
I m in the same scenario and of course I have the same issue. I just send a message to Fitbit support and when they ll reply to me (and I hope with good news) I ll let you know.
Have a nice evening

Hi man,
hope you're well.
I received a reply message from Fitbit Support and seems that the last available update for our Charge 2 is 22.22.55.2 so please double check with firmware version you have and if this is the one I mentioned before unfortunately there is no new update for us.
Cheers,
Marco
