The resting heart rate and bpm have stopped working ?

same is happening to me.

I kept it for charging, it got fully charged. It drained to Zero in 6 mins.

For about 3 weeks now my Charge 2 has stopped displaying or recording heart rate, and I no longer have the green lights.  Other functions seem to be working OK. I've had the Charge 2 for only 14 months, so this is very disappointing.
