No good training to choose

I have a new fitbit, because the battery of my old one got 'slow'. When o wanted to workout with my old fitbit, i could choose 'workout' in the training. Now i can only choose from: runnung, walking, swimming, cycling etc. I want to choose something which measures my heartrate, like aerobics, or workout. How dobi fix this?

There are 20 options, including 'Workout' available'.  The above link explains how to choose which to show on your device.  One thing some have trouble with is that if your your device slots are all full, you must delete at least one before you can see the other options.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

My Fitbit only shows six choices with no ability to edit, delete or replace.  My previous Charge 4 had the option but this Charge 4 isn't offering me all of the choices.
