No health metrics tile for the charge 3

Both my husband and I have the charge 3. He has health metrics, I don't. We are both running the same firmware version. The tile just seems to be missing from my dashboard. Any ideas?

The Health Metrics tile is available with Fitbit Sense and Fitbit Versa 3. For the Fitbit Charge 3, a Fitbit Premium subscription is required to see health metrics data.

If you have acquired Fitbit Premium but still don't see the Health Metrics tile in the Fitbit app it might be hidden, go to this article, open the menu "How do I add, remove, or rearrange tiles on my Fitbit app dashboard?" and follow the instructions to add the tile.

To see a list of your Fitbit Premium active subscriptions you can visit this site and go to the section "How do I manage or cancel my Fitbit Premium subscription?".
