My fitbit hasn't given me a heart rate for about 2 weeks now and it isn't recoring my sleep either. Anyone know why?

Hi there @SunsetRunner. Good to see you in the Fitbit Community! 🙂

 

I'm sorry that you're not seeing your heart rate on your dashboard. Are the green lights on the back of your tracker flashing? If they are not or even if they are but you don't see your HR, try to restart your tracker. You can do this by putting your tracker to charge and while it's charging, press and hold the button for 10-12 seconds.  This will make the tracker to reboot and after that, make sure it syncs to your account and see how it works from there. The restart should take care of both the HR and sleep issues.

My fitbit was working fine and then from Wednesday it said I only had 3 hours sleep when 7 hours is more accurate and since then the heart rate monitor hasn't worked. No green lights flash even after rebooting, and re-syncing numerous times.
