No heart rate graph on Charge 3 HR while biking

Hello,

 

I used to own a Charge 2 HR and have upgraded to the Charge 3 HR.  I road bike quite a bit and when you look at the exercise details screen, which contains the following info:

- Map of route

- Distance exercise cues

- Speed

- Heartrate graph (missing now after last software update)

- Calories burned

- Impact on your day

 

 I'd show you a picture of the screen when it had the graph and now when it doesn't, but I don't seem to have permission to upload images!!!

The Charge 2 HR always showed the Heartrate graph and the Charge 3 HR used to show that graph as well but since I updated the Fitbit software a couple months ago, the graph disappeared.

 

My question is: How do I get the Heartrate graph back?  I can't find it in the settings anywhere and the Charge 3 HR used to have it so I know it can be displayed.  Looking for help please...
