No heart rate measurement

My heart rate measurement has disappeared.

The heart rate shows on the exercise activity but I cannot get the graph on the heart rate, I have tried the suggestion of checking it's set to auto and cleared the Cache on my Samsung S5 app manager settings.

Any suggestions would be appreciated?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please clarify if your heart rate is not being tracked by your Charge 2 or is this not showing on your exercise? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then?

My heart rate is showing on my exercises but not on the dashboard.

If you tap on BPM it comes up with "no measurements".

This happened about 3 weeks ago and hasn't come back.

I am having a similar problem.  Charge 2. Iphone 8.  I updated to the new app.  Since doing that, the Exercise screen will not display my Heart Rate.  It indicates there is no enough data.  If I go into the Heart Rate screen, the data is there ie it seems to be tracking it correctly.   It also appears that it is double counting Active Minutes when I add Exercise.

I'm having the same issue since Tuesday, February 25, 2020.  It quit showing my heart rate zones on my logged and/or auto tracked exercises.  I've uninstalled/reinstalled the app on my iPhone 7 Plus, but still no luck.  Any help would be appreciated.

I’m having same issue as BrianNJ and AwesomBlossom. Heart rate is tracked, but not showing up in logged/auto exercise. IPhone X.
