Since updated my Charge 4, my heart rate is no longer displaying in the app. I have rebooted the Charge 4 and resynced but still no heart rate. The heart rate is turned "on" on the device.

Could you please let me know if the green LEDs are blinking?
In the meantime, please swipe the clock face on the tracker until you see the settings.

Thanks. I tried all of the above earlier but that didn't fix it. Yes the green LEDs are/were working. I decided to instead delete all data on my device and go into my app account and "set up a device" to set the charge 4 up as a new device. That has worked. I now have the heart rate working 🙂

Having the same problem. Tried switching heart rate on and off as per instructions but doesn’t seem to have worked. Reluctant to delete data and reset up again as ShasWas has. Any other options. (I have tried all the Bluetooth on / off and re-adding the app.

I'm glad that deleting the data and setting up the device again helped.

If your Charge 4 was recently synced, don't worry deleting the data on the tracker and try the steps that helped our friend ShazWaz .
All synced data will remain saved on your account.
