I have no light on the face of my watch. How can I get the light back so I can see my steps?

Hi @bunnie82 which device? Some have the ability to turn the screen off.

For the ones that keep experiencing this, I recommend restarting your units. If this doesn't work, perform a long restart: Plug the device into the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds.

Hi @bunnie82. Welcome to the community forums.
Thanks for the details regarding the inconvenience with your Charge 3.
You can change the brightness of your Charge 3 if you go to the Settings App from your Tracker and select between Dim, Normal or Auto.
If this doesn't work, you can perform a restart by following these steps. In addition, you can change the clock face to see if this resolve the issue.

I Have tried all the steps to get the screen to light up on my charge 3 to no avail. after update I needed to pair it and can't see the pairing code.
