I can not get my messages on my Fitbit anymore like I use to. I have reset it many times and updated the app and it still won't.  I would like to be able to read my messages on my Fitbit again. I also tried al suggestions mentioned in the link on this forum. Thanks for helping Katja

@Rocky56 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. 

Have you already read and tried the steps here? Why are notifications delayed or missing?

Do you have other Fitbits paired to your account?

If so, make sure that they are either in the other room and that none of them is receiving the notifications.
