Hi, I have been experiencing issues with notifications since February 2020 when I upgraded my phone to iPhone 8 - it is supposed to be compatible with my charge 3.
I restarted my charge 3 few times (pushing the botton for 8 sec), but if didn’t changed anything. It is as if the constant sync fails between the phone and charge 3. Both device are always close to each other.
What can I do?

Hi, is there any solution to my problem?
i have iPhone 8 and charge 3 and u don’t get any notifications on my Fitbit. I tried to reboot the Fitbit, erase and download again the Fitbit app and with no result. Could you please help?

The same problem with mine fitbit charge 3. But Phone is Huawei p30.

I have a similar problem but my notifications were working fine until the fall and then they stopped completely. Haven't gotten a new phone in that time, still on my Moto g7. For a while I couldn't get my Bluetooth to even recognize the watch but that's working again. I feel like I've tried everything!
