I saw the troubleshooting methods for the IOS13 update for Apple, but it's still not working. I'm not receiving any text or call notifications on my Charge 3.
Things I've done:
* updated the app on my phone
* restarted my fitbit
* disconnected from bluetooth/reconnected it
* deleted the app all together and reinstalled it.
Still nothing. This is wildly frustrating. The text/call notifications is a primary use of this since it helps me screen what's important or not while at work or working out.
What is the next step?

I'm not sure what this means. The date has nothing to do with the text/call notifications issue.
If you can't change your date, you need to sync the fitbit with your phone to receive the correct date. If you need tech support, I'd recommend starting your own thread.

I’m having the same problem and I’ve done the same things you have done. It’s very frustrating. I hope we can figure this out soon

Same thing. This is really frustrating and waiting for a fix. I have not been receiving text notifications on my Charge3 ever since updating my phone to iOS 13. I’ve tried the steps from the help forum which haven’t helped. I am receiving call notifications but no texts.

Why isn't Fitbit weighing on this issue?I have tried this so many times that I a ready to get a different type of exercise device. Mine won't even paid with my Apple phone. It spins forever and then says pairing failed!! So frustrating.
