I was getting prompts (to get up and walk) and phone notifications/texts just fine and suddenly they are gone.
I've checked all my settings and everything is on and correct.
What am I missing? Does anyone have any steps written for troubleshooting?

When you say you checked all the settings, does that include those on the fitbit as well as the app?
A common cause of this with the Charge 2 is when it is accidentally put into "do not disturb" mode. This is turned on / off by pressing and holding the button on the Charge 2. Could this be the issue here?
