No notifications to Charge2, firmware updated v 22.22.55.2

I have updated the firmware on my Charge2, to the one indicated in subject field, a few days ago. The fitbit paired with my phone, and bluetooth connected. However, no notifications comes through.

Steps followed:

Bluetooth paired / unpaired / paired again

Charge2 synced with app on Android phone

Phone restarted, and restarted, and restarted

Charge2 notifications on/off/on

 

I do receive reminder to move, but no other notifications. My steps, heart rate, etc data reflects on the app.

 

Hope I can get some help soon

@MEE2 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that you aren't getting notifications on your Charge 2 and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? Since you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. Also check these suggestions from the help site.
