I have a Charge 4, an android phone, and a laptop.  My husband just received a Charge 4 but he has no phone but does have a PC running Windows 7, and that pc has no bluetooth, but that can be fixed apparently.  What is the best way to run his charge 4?  Do you need bluetooth to sync the results from the fitbit?
