I started a replacement process with Fitbit costumer service (initially all good - I'm UK based so takes 12+hrs for reply) but now suddenly no responses at all. I have tried to contact them repeatedly for coming up 4 days but nothing? Sounds stange but are Fitbit still in business? Is there any other email route? How can I get their attention. It frustrating - I'm new to Fitbit and like the ecosystem. Thanks any advice appreciated.

It's staffed 9 - 6 but I'm not sure there's weekend cover. Perhaps give them a call on Monday?

I contacted them 2 weeks ago, it was about 18:30 hrs, looked after me very well and they addressed my query immediately, but take note although it is an 0800 number you are put through to the office in the Caribbean, so I dont know if the 9 to 1800 hours are correct.
