No service center can help in singapore

2 numbers were given to me for service centers in singapore. Called 63360217 and the staffs told me do not call them again on fitbit as they are no longer providing the service. Called 65348095 for more than 10 times and nobody picking up. Can someone tell me should i stop buying from this company?

Ya u can go down to Mojito Redemption to do a one to one exchange. But sad to said if you have a Surge and u try to xchange u will be in trouble. I have 2 Surges with me now, 1 from Mojito redemption and one from FitBit.com, both unit are NEW,  unable to pair, due to Bluetooth Error 24 & 8. This happen b4 Christmas, till now Fitbit have no solution to this issue. I am still communicating with Fitbit requesting for upgrade or refund.

I’m honestly very disappointed at the level of customer service and care  provided by Fitbit after service.

 

I had to get a Fitbit charger for my Charger 2 and realised that it is not sold anywhere except online on hachi.tech and at the service center, Mojito redemption center at PS.

 

Purchase can only only be valid via hatchi.tech if I’ve a paid subscription to be a member, and offline Challenger stores do not sell the charger at all. Fitbit service center is also a redemption center for free items, and there is no separate queue for purchase of items nor is there a queue number system, so there is always a snaking queue. 

 

Looking at the number of complaints about fitbits breaking down and needing warranty, I’m quite certain that unless the service improves, Fitbit will not be my first option whenever looking for a smart watch.

I didn’t know that there are so many of fitbits users having same problem! My Fitbit charge2 display failed and stop showing anything even though I can still Syn with app on mobile! 

Kind if disappointing to know that there are no warranty or service centre here.

So finally is there a service centre here to exchange our Fitbit if it is faulty? My Versa can just go from 99% after charging, to 0% after awhile. And this happened a number of times already..

Hi Robert, I have a fitbit versa that just bought less than a month ago, now the screen become totally dark, can charge, but when syncing to the app, it become super hot, and the screen always no response, where can I find the help for fixing or exchange please?

I get my fitbit as a gift from my friend less then three week but it keep auto off.  Can I bring for exchange without any receipt

I had use my Fitbit Change 2 less then a year. Now I screen total black out. I had followed the start to reboot the Fitbit. Nothing show.

i will like to know is there any service centre in Singapore that can help me on my issue.

  4. Mojito’s staff are not trained for technical assistance, end user should go to Fitbit.com to seek help

Hi,
Forget about Fitbit , I got 5 Surge replacement none survive until today.
Gave up and change to Garmin. Gift from my girl, perfectly good. Completed
2x marathon with it. Battery last longer, more than 7days. Confirm there is
no service center in Singapore. If you still hold onto it than look for
Fitbit oversea. Singapore service center suck!!!

I bought at Fitbit Versa from Harvey Norman store at Suntec City Oct 2019. 

After 3 months, the watch just fail to charged. 

I had been calling the number (65348095);provided by Harvey Norman, but no one answer the call. 

Does anyone know any other avenue to get the watch repaired or replaced ?

My ionic's gps isn't functioning and i keep getting notifications to update.

 

After a few weeks of writing daily emails to their customer service, i was asked to send my ionic to a ubi address and they will send ne a replacement. Has anyone done this before?

I read in another thread there is a collection point in Plaza Singapore but they only do exchanges; they're not equipped to troubleshoot.

I'm dropping them an email but chances are I won't get a satisfactory reply as to why my screen is blank, remains blank despite restart attempts and changes in Clock faces.

Really disappointed as the Charge 3 looked so good compared with my Charge HR, and with the constant restarts, it's getting to be a pain.  Since I'm using it primarily to track steps and sleep, am seriously considering Garmin or Polar, if not for the price.

I had given up on Fitbit more than a year ago and turn to Garmin. I got 5 New Surge for exchange due to malfunction, none of them function more than 6 month. Either it battery issue , unable to charge or hold charges or Bluetooth unable to connect.Very frustrated when you need it to work during any workout. Had dump all 5pcs. With Garmin, very happy.

I was also given the number 65348095 by Challenger customer support.Nobody is picking up the phone..When we buy the product we are told that service is available in Singapore.The versa2 i bought 4 monyhs back has stopped working.I dont know what to do.Can someone advise me please?

I bought a Fitbit Inspire for my helper in April 2020.

It is working but not syncing to the Fitbit app either in her smart phone (Samsung Galaxy) or my phone (iphone XR). 
What do I do?
