This morning, I synced my Fitbit, and it is showing nothing, just the "how did you sleep last night". I know I can manually add also but I like seeing my restlessness. What can I do to make sure it works tonight?

I tried every step with no success. Finally, I manually entered sleep for last night, and then the sleep stages appeared. Not sure what was up. I had a better night's sleep last night than usual. Thanks for the forum.

I can't get that to work.  It's like last night didn't exist.

I have the same problem. No sleep recorded for the past 3 nights. I tried everything, logging out, closing app, turning off bluetooth and phone, turning back on, syncing fitbit several times. It has my heartrate but no sleep.

Hello, I’m having the same issue and went through the steps provided more than once but it sadly did not work. It’s been over 15 hours and still, my data for last night’s sleep hasn't populated. This is the first time in a very long time that I’ve had this issue. I thought maybe it was because my watch battery level was too low but it was above 65%.

Any additional help would be greatly appreciated!

I have the same problem with last nights sleep and I follow these instructions but my sleep it’s just not showing up. I also made sure I updated to the most recent version of my app. Any other suggestions?

This did not work for me. I have a charge 2 which has successfully logged sleep for me for many months. The past 2 nights it’s not showing any sleep data at all. It just says “wear your Fitbit to bed…”

I followed the above steps several times and still no sleep data.

I tried synching three times. Logged out of Fitbit app and closed it. Turned off Bluetooth turned off phone for 2 minutes. Turned Bluetooth back on and logged back into Fitbit app. I still cannot view last nights numbers. Any other suggestions?

What worked for me is logging in my sleep manually: try remembering at what time you slept and woke up and it will calculate your sleep for you

Thank you Carine. I think I explained the problem wrong. Fitbit did report my sleep. The actual area that is incomplete is in health metrics. Originally this area said 'no data in the past 24 hours.' in 3 of the 4 categories. The resting heart rate did display.

Yesterday now does have all the info.

My fitbit charge5 has recorded nothing since Wednesday, and today is Saturday...yes the battery was fully charged!!!

And I have...

  • Log out of your Fitbit App
  • Force quit the App
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit App
  • Been reported by other users apparently and fitbit boffins apparently haven't solved 🤷 the issues...
  • johnbonett at hotmail dot com
  • Grrrrrr...cost over£150

You can try logging in your sleep manually on the Fitbit app

Does Force Quit the App mean remove it from your phone?

@LilStepper on android hold your finger on the icon of the app, choose Info or the circled I. Tap Stop App. If you having sync problems, let's tap storage, clear cache.

If you have an iOS device, do a google.

The only way to sync sleep data to the watch is to log out every day and log back into the app.
