Hi 

Received replacement fitbit today. Charge 3. No sleep tracker or steps on dashboard.

Steps on fitbit.

I am sorry to hear that no sleep or steps are showing on your dashboard. Thanks for sharing that you've received the replacement Charge 3 and the tracker is showing steps, I am glad to help you with this. I recommend confirming if your replacement device is paired to your Fitbit account by doing the following:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. If you don't see any device paired, tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
