So many, like myself, have posted about the issue with not getting a sleep score to work on any regular basis. And when I do get the ridiculous and useless score, it won’t read REM or deep sleep. I won’t even mention that I still need to reboot the watch every morning in order for any device to sync to it.
I also have noticed the new oxygen variation and the option to now upgrade to premier. So do all these “glitches” have something to do with the new premier service? Are we losing, or getting poor quality sleep stages to force us to upgrade to the paid premier service?
All timed with the purchase of Fitbit by Google? All so coincidental and unfair to the loyal Fitbit users. Sad.

I suddenly stopped getting a sleep score also on my Fitbit Charge 3. Everything else works fine but I was also thinking this was a way to try to get me to purchase the premium service. My boyfriend also is experiencing this problem with his Ionic Fitbit. This started just before in December for both of us.
