No synching for my fitbit 2

Good morning all!

Does anyone know why FITBIT stopped their chat option in the past few weeks?

about a month ago I used that option when my app stopped synching, and they were very helpful in placing me back on track. I have been wasting so much time in the past few days trying to get them - no email, no chat, and no solution for my problem either.

Help would be appreciated.

Why? @AnatM  most companies are experiencing all sorts of issues having enough phone lines and chat lines staffed. I've had problems with several companies lately, but it also depends on the day of the week, too.

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help. If you email, please know that each subsequent email will put you at the bottom of the queue, which will cause you to wait longer.

This response does touch the problem, which is - there's no email address or chat or any way to approach the company with issues and problems. Except for the Forum? It's not even reasonable. If I were able to send an email and wait a few days for a response, it would be ok. I would know someone is addressing the issue. However, my device isn't syncing since 12.7 !! and most of the time that lapsed has been spent looking for ways to contact Fitbit!

This isn't reasonable! This is not how a serious company makes itself available to its customer. What goes on in other companies is hardly interesting to your Fitbit clients.

Hoping still for a serious address to my problem.

@AnatM  there is online chat and an address - at the link I posted above. I don't work for Fitbit, but I am a member of the forums and try to help others. If you're able, try the phone number for your area and hold on - same for chat. Every company is having problems.  Most businesses are dealing via email, so what Fitbit is doing is right in line with other companies. I know it's not the same, but having members come to the forums often results in an issue being resolved.
