No vibrations when short steps or for any other notification

I have searched the related topics and tried everything mentioned.  My do not disturb is not on.  I am in my active hours.  My watch is not vibrating when I do not have 250 steps at the 50 minute mark.  It is also not vibrating when I reach 12 hours of steps.  It is also not vibrating when I am in exercise mode and I jump into fat or cardio.  I have restarted the device and made sure that it is synced with my app.  Suggestions?

Hi, @ALH75 does it ever vibrant at all for anything?  (Alarms, e.g.?).  The Charge 4 and other Fitbits have a tiny vibration motor inside.  It could be that this motor is broken if it never vibrates at all.  

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android
