Hi,
my former fitbit broke and now I have recieved a replacement fitbit, excacly the same fitbit only a differend color but now I can't see the information from my weight, my water goal and menstruation on my device. I can see it on the app but no longer on my fitbit itself.
I haven't changed any of my settings and for what I can see nothing has changed either.
How can I fix this?

Hi @Sonea_,
I don't think that you can. I've never had that information available on any of my 14 Fitbit models.

I still can see the information on my broken fitbit so i know it's possible. My former fitbit is still turned on and working but the connection to the brace band is broken so I can see it.
My new fitbit does not have this.

I also can't see how long I've slept and my sleep score.

Erasing the information from my device and re-installing it does not work.
