No workout history on the Fitbit app

Hey everyone.

I joined the Vitality World Cup and it is not adding my runs? It allows me to manually add a workout/run but when I go into my Fitbit App I cant find my workout history.

When I start my treadmill run I use my tracker and say "exercise - treadmill - go". After the workout I say "finish" and it gives me a summary of the workout on the device but I cant find it on the App. It just shows my steps...

Is there anywhere I can find my runs?

Thanks for the additional details shared about the workout history that you want to see. Usually in the Fitbit app, you should be able to find an option that says Track your exercise  or download.png, tap that option and will see all the history and all the details for every workout that you perform.  You can also see the details on Fitbit.com:

  • From the fitbit.com dashboard, click Log
  • Click activities and you will see Activity history

See you around.

Welcome! It's great to see you around @LorenWolmarans.

Thanks for the details shared on your post. If your Fitbit tracker and Vitality World Cup are syncing fine with Fitbit, you should be able to see the exercise history, so I recommend doing the following:

  1. On the Today tap Edit
  2. Swipe down and find the stat you want to add (exercise), tap Add
  3. Tap Done

To find additional tips see How do I use the Fitbit app? and How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps!

Hi.

Thank you for the information.

What I need is the stats of my 5km run. I run a 5km every day which I enter
into my device but I need to see the actual workout summary on the app?

If I click "edit" it does not help me with that.

I can see my total steps but not a specific workout (as it appears on my
device straight after I stop a workout) eg 30 min activity, distance 5km,
average heart rate 150 bpm, 8mph average

I get points from Vitality when I do a 30min workout - this appears on my
Vitality app as 30min workout at 70% of heart rate but nothing else...

I'm sure a workout summary is available somewhere...I just can't find it..?

Thank you 🙂
