No zone minutes on new charge 4

Recently replaced a charge 4 that lost brightness but it recorded data. New one only records steps and incorrectly reports heart rate. No zone minutes for elliptical sessions! Am I missing something in setup where all checkboxes are selected?

Thank you for sharing the details regarding the inconvenience with Charge 4.

I'd suggest you before considering other options to perform a restart on the device.

If you don't get the correct information on heart rate, you won't be able to see active zone minutes data. Please follow the instructions in this article to improve the accuracy of heart rate information and check the information mentioned here about other factors that could affect your heart rate reading, this has been useful to other users who have experienced something similar. 

I'd recommend you although, regarding active zone minutes take a look on this article.
