Not able to add Charge 2 on App, Pairing fail on Android and iPhone both

Charge 2 - Not able to add device on App, Pairing fail on Android and Iphone both.

 Steps I am trying to follow:-

 

1. Go to fitbit app on Android phone(Xiomi mi A1) and go to account.

2. Click on + setup a device and select Charge-2 from list.

3. Click on setup and Accept agreement by click on "I Agree" and click Next.

4. It search and display and 4 digit number on my fitbit device which I enter in app.

5. After that it says connecting but never connect. It keep asking to try again
