Not able to add my Charge 3 to my account

I am not able to add my Fitbit charge 3 as a device. I have had it there but it got removed. how do I fix it.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Charge 3.

 

Please make sure Power Saving Mode is turned off on your phone. This mode frequently causes the device to disable Bluetooth.
