Hi,
I have been using charge HR for past 3 years now and for past 3 weeks I am unable to sync the device with mobile. I have tried to sync with my one plus 6 and also an MI phone to check any mobile issue, but invain. I have tried to delete my device and add again. I could never add my device now, it just asks to try again continuosly. Could you please help resolve it

Thanks a lot. After I reset the device was able to connect !! I didnt know how to reset the device before 😊
