Not all data shows after not wearing the Charge 2 for some time

Hi,

I put my fitbit on yesterday for the first time in a few weeks, and it seemed to be working ok, registering just under 6,000 steps and I left it on overnight to see what my sleep pattern was like.

When I checked my app this lunchtime, the step count for today has recorded for today, but not for yesterday, and no sleep data either!

 

I deleted my app and downloaded again, and my fitbit was fully charged yesterday morning.

 

Any ideas please?

@Diana35bha A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that not all your data is showing on your account. Did you sync your tracker yesterday? If you didn't then the tracker didn't have the date updated so it could be that your data could have been moved to a previous date and only showing your steps for the current day. Still you can manually log your activity so you have a record on your account.

Thanks, I'll enter it manually.

 

I can only assume it's because I had not used my fitbitfor a while.

It has been fine since, but it was just the 1st day back to wearing it that did not record!
