There was a couple of times, Sunday being one of them, that I got over 10000 steps, but the next morning it showed only about 9200 on my dashboard.

@SusanMcInnes Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that not all your steps are showing on your account. Did you log any activity on your account? Are you using any other app linked to your Fitbit account? Do you have more than one tracker setup on your account? Could you share a screnshot of your activities?

I look forward to your reply!

Today is a prime example... my FitBit showed me I was at 10000 steps part way through my last treadmill work out, I went another 10 minutes on the treadmill.  Get off to see what I managed My Fitbit now shows only 6512 steps.  I added 2000 steps to my Sunday totals  just because I know I was over 10K  there.... Monday I was well over 10K ....and it is not showing that, tuesday I was far beyond the 10066 steps showing now.  If you add up my steps below for today ... this was only my treadmill walking and running, not including all the steps before hand in my regular day.  I took my dogs for a short walk etc.

I just lost another 2000 or more steps on my fitbit ... I was close to 18000 steps, then tried to sync with my phone and computer and I am not at 15115

This morning I walked 9882 steps, later added 3000.... synced only 3000. What’s that about? It has worked great until today
