Not getting a celebration on Charge 3 or mile stone notifications.

My goal is set for distance 5 miles for my charge 3, Android Fitbit app. At one point I was getting mile stone notifications and a celebration when I hit 5 miles. I don't know what changed or how to fix it. Help!! I love those notifications on my wrist.

I'm sorry to hear that you are not receiving your milestone notifications nor your celebrations. Thank you for the information provided.

 

Please make sure your notifications are set correctly:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Notifications.
  3. For each item, review and adjust your notifications settings.

 

Whether you continue having the same problem, please restart your Charge 3 by following the instructions on this article.
