Me too. I am not getting ANY notifications at all. Have deleted app, checked settings, updated etc etc and nothing works

Thanks for joining this thread and every step tried prior to posting. I understand you've checked the settings, but could you confirm if you checked the ones on your Charge 4 (DND and Sleep Mode)? If so, did you check the ones on the Fitbit app? Also, what is the model of your phone?
Please note depending of the operating system of your phone, you might be required to enable additional settings in order to receive notifications on your tracker. If you're not receiving any type of notification (phone calls, text messages, reminders to move, etc.), I'd suggest reviewing this help article which explains what factors affect this feature and describes some tips to get it working correctly. Let me know how it goes.
