I am not getting text messages, or alerts from my phone anymore on my charge 3.

Hi @Coonette, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums.

 

I am sorry to hear you're not receiving notifications or alerts on your Charge 3 tracker. I am glad to assist you. I recommend confirming that you don't have "Do not disturb" or "Sleep Mode” turned on: press and hold the button on your device. Tap a setting to turn it off. When you turn off the setting, the icon appears dim with a line through it. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device's screen?
