Not receiving Low Battery alerts-Charge 4

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

When I first got my Charge 4 less than 6 months ago, I got alerts for low battery. Now I do not. The battery also lasted more than a couple days. I am down to getting maybe 2 days out of it.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Kimmy_S.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Charge 4. Thank you for the information provided.

Please verify if there is a check mark on your Low Battery notification here. You should receive the notification message/email when your Fitbit Charge 4 battery is lower than 20% of charge and it has synced recently.

In addition, you can restart your Tracker and set it up as a replacement device:

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1642636439822.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

For instructions on how to extend your Fitbit device's battery life, please visit this article.

Hope this helps.

@Kimmy_S

Id be getting onto tech support, if the battery is dying you’ll need a replacement, hopefully you live somewhere that will resolve this for you.
